Withdrawing Funds

Cash out your winnings by withdrawing USDC to your Solana wallet. This guide covers the withdrawal process.

Withdrawal Overview

  • Currency: USDC (SPL token on Solana)

  • Minimum: $10

  • Processing: Typically immediate

  • Platform Fee: None (only network fees)

How to Withdraw

Step 1: Open Portfolio

Navigate to your Portfolio page and locate your balance card.

Step 2: Click Withdraw

Click the Withdraw button next to your balance.

Step 3: Enter Amount

In the withdrawal modal:

  1. View your available balance

  2. Enter the withdrawal amount

  3. Or click Max to withdraw everything

Note: Minimum withdrawal is $10.

Step 4: Enter Wallet Address

Provide your Solana wallet address:

  • If connected with a Solana wallet, it auto-fills

  • Otherwise, paste your Solana address

  • Double-check the address - transactions are irreversible!

Step 5: Submit Request

Click Request Withdrawal to submit.

Your balance is deducted immediately, and the withdrawal enters processing.

Withdrawal Status

Track your withdrawal in the History tab:

Most withdrawals complete very quickly.

Canceling a Withdrawal

You can cancel pending withdrawals:

  1. Go to the History tab in the withdrawal modal

  2. Find your pending withdrawal

  3. Click the X button to cancel

  4. Balance is refunded immediately

Note: Once a withdrawal moves to "Processing" or "Completed", it cannot be canceled.

Viewing Transaction

For completed withdrawals:

  1. Find the withdrawal in History

  2. Click View next to the transaction hash

  3. Opens Solscan to see the on-chain transaction

Where Do Withdrawals Go?

Withdrawals are sent to the Solana wallet address you provide:

  • Must be a valid Solana address

  • Must be able to receive USDC (SPL token)

  • Can be any Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, exchange, etc.)

Withdrawing to an Exchange

You can withdraw to a Solana address at an exchange:

  1. Get your USDC deposit address from the exchange

  2. Make sure it's a Solana USDC address

  3. Some exchanges require a memo - check their requirements

  4. Enter the address in the withdrawal form

Warning: If you send to the wrong address or network, funds may be lost.

Troubleshooting

"Insufficient Balance"

  • Check your available balance

  • Make sure you have at least $10

  • Outstanding positions don't count until resolved

Withdrawal Stuck on "Pending"

  • Normal during high volume periods

  • Check back in 1 hour

  • Contact support if stuck over 24 hours

Withdrawal Rejected

Possible reasons:

  • Invalid wallet address

  • Security concern flagged

  • Technical issue

Your balance is automatically refunded. Contact support if unclear.

Didn't Receive Funds

  1. Verify the withdrawal status is "Completed"

  2. Check the transaction on Solscan

  3. Verify you're checking the correct wallet

  4. Contact support with your transaction hash

Depending on your jurisdiction, withdrawals may have tax implications:

  • Winnings are often taxable income

  • Keep records of all transactions

  • Consult a tax professional for your situation

Verify Addresses

  • Always double-check wallet addresses

  • Send a small test withdrawal first

  • Triple-check when withdrawing to exchanges

Timing

  • Withdraw after Solana transactions are cheap

Security

  • Only withdraw to wallets you control

  • Be wary of requests to withdraw to others
